Product Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing your products from Apple Air Filtration Systems. Please read our warranty and service information carefully.
1. Coverage
Our warranty covers the following:
- Defects in materials: We guarantee that the materials used to manufacture our products are free from defects.
- Workmanship: Our products are crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of workmanship.
- Broken components: If any components break under normal use, they are covered by this warranty.
2. Remedies
During the warranty period, we will:
- Repair the product: If it’s still under warranty, we’ll repair it at no cost.
- Replace broken parts: We’ll use new or replacement parts to fix any issues.
- Exchange for a new product: If necessary, we’ll provide a replacement.
3. Duration
The warranty coverage is identified on the web site for each product offered. This is from 1 year
to 5 years from the date of purchase depending on the product.
If a warranty replacement machine, or replacement part, is provided it assumes the remaining
warranty of the original machines or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is
longer.
Our warranty covers product purchased from Apple Air Filtrations Systems or one of its
Authorised dealers anywhere in Australia.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse or neglect or faulty installation
- Fair wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Missing serial numbers or the label has been defaced.
- Repairs and/or alterations carried out by the Purchaser or any unauthorised third party.
- Power supply protection parts, including fuses and other circuitry provided to protect the unit from electrical damage.
- Damage resulting from lightning strikes and other static discharges.
5. Service Process
To get repairs or service under this warranty, customers should:

- Follow our instructions: We’ll guide you through the process.
- Repair: If instructed return the item to us in the original or suitable packaging for safe transport unless otherwise instructed.
