Shipping Policy
SmartAir Products
Prices for all SmartAir branded air purifiers, along with Air monitors and our Kosho Ozone generators are shipped Australia wide free of charge.
All goods shipped are covered by our insurance policy so we cover loss and/or damage.
All goods are shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once goods are dispatched.
All other products, including filters for the machine, attract a postage or freight charge no greater than $25, which we will advise when we send you the invoice. Small items like filters can be sent via Australia Post Express, which costs $13 ex gst
Apple Air Filtration Systems
Freight for our larger Apple Air filtration systems and non SmartAir products is based on the client location and type of delivery as well as the machine purchased. We need to know if you have a forklift onsite when ordering a large filter system. If you don’t tell us and the driver has to resend the freight on a tail lift truck, you may incur additional delivery charges.
Freight times
We process and ship all orders usually on the same day or at least within 24 hours of receiving payment for the order. We process and ship Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In general, all items shipped are received by the customer between 2 and 10 days but in general 3-5 days.
As we send you the tracking number, you can track the parcel to keep informed of its delivery time frame.
- All freight is shipped from our Brisbane Warehouse being U1/48 Redcliffe Gardens Drive Clontarf Q 4019. You are also welcome to collect the items if you choose but please phone first as we may be off site on 1300 311 411.
- Our Authorised distributors carry some stock items and your order may be shipped from their location within Australia.
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
- Small sized orders can be delivered to PO boxes but large items cannot due to their size and weight. We won’t ship to re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
- Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed, but you can shop for our products via our dealer network.
- Refunds include the total value of any returned items as per our refund policy. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
