Refund Policy

1.  Overview

We are G Corp International Pty Ltd ATF Chapman Family Trust Trading as Apple 
Air Filtration Systems. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 30 464 946 974.

At Apple Air Filtration Systems, we strive to ensure our customers are completely 
satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
we’re here to help.

2.  Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You need to advise why you wish to cancel your purchase. You need to return it to us at PO Box 315 Clontarf Q 4019 at your expense. You must call us first on 1300 311 411 before you return your item.

3.  Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received 
your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after 
inspecting the item. If the filter is dirty or has any signs of use,  you may receive a 
refund less the cost of a replacement filter. If your return is approved, we will advise you and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4.  A damaged or faulty item

When you receive your order, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage.
Notification of a damaged or faulty item on delivery must be reported within 48 hours 
of your delivery.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will endeavour to send a replacement as 
soon as possible (usually the next working day).
Photographic proof may be required for the damaged item(s) so we can claim 
insurance from the carrier. We will require you to label and make available for 
collection faulty item(s).

5.  Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your 
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return 
shipping will not be refunded, as you are responsible for that cost. The original
shipping cost, if any, will not be refunded.
