Our 955CMC Combo cutting & engraving purifier is designed to effectively filter Co2 laser engraving & cutting dust, fumes & Odour as well as Metal Cutting and rust removal. This machine utilises 3 unique filtering technologies & 12 filters for maximum efficiency. The filtration systems is suitable for cutting and engraving various materials such as (SS, Al, Brass, Carbon Steel as well as acrylic, ABS, plywood, wood, MDF, leather, Metal Paste compounds, laser inks, fabric etc.) to name just a few. For processing the output from your Co2 we use high energy and high ozone ultraviolet light to deconstruct oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, i.e. active oxygen. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it is necessary to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. It is well known that ozone has a strong oxidation effect on organic matters and has an immediate effect on the removal of organic gases and other pungent Odors.
For the Fiber metal cutting – welding and rust removal we use the Electrostatic Electronic Filter as well as 6 x PEFE filters.
