Laser Acrylic Fume Extractor Air Filter Purifier

Our Laser Acrylic Fume Extractor Air Cleaner is state of the art and designed to effectively remove odors from cutting acrylic. Using a total of 9 filters & a built in 500w variable speed fan, this machine is ideal for Laser Engravers up to 900 x 600 in size. This machine utilizes 6 unique – 9 individual filters for maximum efficiency with an electronic control system. The filtration systems is suitable for acrylic cutting and engraving only. It is not suitable for other materials like MDF, timber etc and is designed to work where gas odor is a problem. Our low-cost filters make this the most affordable filtration system on the market to date. The unique electrostatic filter simply needs washing when dirty not replacing saving you thousands in consumable costs. We have fitted a super quiet 500w DC extraction fan to this system and provided a 150mm spigot inlet and 150mm outlet.

How it works:

Acrylic gas multiple filters and end up in the large carbon filters where the odor is absorbed. The UV lamps effectively remove the organic gases and other pungent Odors. The ION lamps are particularly good at getting rid of gas odors.

After the organic gas has passed through the filters, the organic (Odor) gas is decomposed and oxidized by high-energy ultraviolet beam and ozone, so that the organic gas material can be degraded into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoor through the extraction outlet.

After a series of chemical reactions, chemicals such as hydrogen sulphide and methyl alcohol, can be oxidized in a short period of time. At the same time, oxygen ions can destroy the living environment of bacteria in the air and reduce the concentration of indoor bacteria. Charged ions can adsorb suspended particles tens of times of their own weight and settle down by their own weight, so as to remove the suspended colloids in the air and purify the air.
