Our DTG Ai Series 2 Direct To Fabric Air Filter Purifier is suitable for filtering Oil, High Heat Vapor, Water Vapour, Odor, Steam to name just a few produced by direct to fabric printers. This machine utilizes 3 Metal, washable filtering technologies for maximum efficiency. We also have a 2kg active carbon block which needs changing once a year at a cost of $24ex gst. This is the only machine on the market that we have seen, that works properly.

Equipped with a multi-function Siemens intelligent touch screen control system, this machine looks after itself. It reports any fault condition so you know when to clean the filters.

Our no replacement cost filters, just the active carbon, make this the most affordable filtration system on the market to date. There are no consumables apart from the 2kg of carbon and the filters are all metal. Just wash them and continue working. The unique electrostatic filter simply needs washing when dirty not replacing saving you thousands in consumable costs. Remote start available.

How it works:

After the organic gas has passed through the metal filters, the organic (Odor) gas is decomposed so that the organic gas material can be degraded into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoor through the extraction outlet. Oil is dropped into the oil drip tray which needs to be emptied approximately once a month.

Annual Filter Replacement Costs

The filters are metal and do not require changing or replacing. Simply wash, dry and place back in the machine and continue working. Change the carbon annually or as required.
