Our FM2000 Metal cutting extractor is designed to effectively filter Fibre Cut Dust and Fumes, including welding fumes, linishing machine dust, grinding dust. This machine uses 4 x PEFE filters which are pulsed with an air cannon to keep them clean giving a long life up to 3 years. This machine is ideal for Fiber & Co2 Metal Cutting laser machines up to 1300mm x 900mm in table size. Spark Arrestor kit is fitted as standard. Super low consumable costs. Finance available.

Our built in 2.2Kw motor is used for stable operation, and long-lasting service life. It can work continuously for 24 hours with no down time. You need to supply air to the machine for the pulse cannons.
The sealed high-precision membrane filter PEFE membrane material is used, and the debris filtration accuracy is higher than 0.3um99.9%, and the filtration rate meets zero dust workshop standard. Different filter options are available including washable filters.
This model uses a 2.2Kw high efficiency 24V extraction fan. Also available in 415V 3Phase if required. The new design, the fan can be adjusted in automatic and manual modes for greater control over dust removal. It is on wheels making it mobile.
