Check this filter every month. You should remove and clean this filter at least once every 3 once a months or more frequently if you are a larger commercial enterprise. Remove power cord from the machine before removing the filter. Remember to use PPE when cleaning the filter as you should not inhale the dust/particles trapped on the plate so please take care. For best results soak the plate in a tub of water with a cap full of a product like Vanish or equivalent for an hour, then remove and pressure clean. Once washed dry thoroughly and put back into the machine. Never install wet filters back into the machine. These should never need replacing if you clean as required. The cleaner the plate the more efficient it is. Please call if you need additional advice.
